Carolina Lunde is the Founder and CEO of Lunde Accounting Group, a firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses stay financially organized and confident in their numbers through monthly accounting services.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Carolina has built her career in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, reconciliations, and auditing. She has managed P&Ls across businesses of all sizes and supported growth through financial controls, process improvements, and clear reporting.

Carolina holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and International Business. She is a CPA and fluent in both English and Spanish.
